Shipping Policy
PRE - ORDERS
Rendolls will be charged for Pre-orders at the time of ordering and these orders shall be shipped 1-2 working days after the stipulated date of release.

SHIPPING
Our international delivery courier is UPS or DHL. Please ensure that you have filled in a valid and identifiable address and phone number for delivery. Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase and will be delivered between 3 and 7 working days depending on your location. Orders placed during sale periods or new launch periods could take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
Rendoll is not liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding times as this is beyond our control. These fees are not collected at checkout and we cannot estimate what they will be. The best way to calculate these fees is to contact your local customs office.
We strongly advice against refusing parcels. If a delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, the package will be returned to us by DHL / UPS who charge a return fee and this must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately, your store credit refunds will be given less any charges by DHL / UPS to return the item. If we do not hear back from the customer, DHL / UPS will consider the package abandoned and will proceed to destroy said package. In these instances, you are not eligible for a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

*Orders are confirmed and processed immediately they have been placed and as such, cannot be cancelled once they've been placed.

*We do not offer exchanges. Please return your order and place a new one with the coupon code you receive from your return.

*We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit in the amount of your returned good. Please note that shipping costs are NOT refundable. If you require a return for store credit. Kindly contact our team on customercare@rendoll.com for more information.

* We do not offer store credit refunds on custom made items, height specifications, intimate wear, swimwear and sale items.
*For returns, request and shipping must be made within 14 days after delivery. Goods are only eligible for return if they are returned in the exact original condition & packaging, and free of any stains and smells. Items must not be dry-cleaned or washed and tags must still be attached. This is a strict policy as it is important to us that all rendolls receive their orders in great condition. If the item is returned damaged, it will be rejected and shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense.

Each item is inspected carefully by our team before packing and again during packing. In the rare case you should discover a fault, we ask this is reported to us immediately. We will ask for photographs to support any fault claim and offer repairs, exchange or refund where appropriate. Please contact us via email on customercare@rendoll.com with photographs showing the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item.

*Any complaints about faulty products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

*As we are a small brand and unfortunately cannot cover return fees for you, you are responsible for return shipping fees. We advice that you make use of a service that provides tracked shipping to ensure that we receive your item. Kindly pay all applicable customs fees when sending out your return as we're unable to do so for you.

*We do not offer store credit refunds on made-to measure items that have been made to the measurements provided by you. Please ensure you sends us your accurate measurements.
