• PRE-ORDERS

Items listed as Pre-Order will be dispatched 1–2 business days after the stated release date.

• SHIPPING 

All Lagos orders are delivered via Uber Package. Our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm availability for delivery.  All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. Rendoll is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery timelines:

   - Lagos - 1-2 business days 

   - Rest of Nigeria - 3-5 business days

   - International delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on location

   - Orders placed during sale periods or new collection launches may

      require up to 7 business days to dispatch

• CUSTOMS DUTIES 

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. All orders are shipped from Nigeria.

Rendoll does not collect these fees at checkout and is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.
We are unable to estimate customs costs; for accurate guidance, please contact your local customs office.

• REFUSED PACKAGES 

We strongly advise against refusing delivery of your order.

If a delivery is refused for any reason, the parcel will be returned to us by DHL, and a return fee of £40 will be charged by the courier. In such cases:

   - Store credit will be issued minus the £40 return fee

   - Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the customer fails to communicate with us regarding a refused or undeliverable parcel, DHL may classify the shipment as abandoned and proceed with disposal. In these cases, the order becomes ineligible for store credit or reimbursement.
