PRE - ORDERS

Items listed as  Pre-orders will be shipped 1-3 working days after the stipulated date of release.

SHIPPING 

Our International Express delivery courier is DHL, while our International Standard delivery courier is UPS. Please ensure that you have filled in a valid and identifiable address and phone number for delivery. Orders will be delivered between 3 and 12 working days depending on your choice of delivery at checkout. Orders placed during sale periods or new launch periods could take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.

CUSTOMS DUTIES 

Shipments crossing international borders may be subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Our packages are shipped from Nigeria. Rendoll is not liable for any extra customs or import duties. These fees are not collected at checkout and we cannot estimate what they will be. The best way to calculate these fees is to contact your local customs office.

REFUSED PACKAGES 

We strongly advice against refusing parcels on delivery. If a delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, the package will be returned to us by DHL / UPS who charge a return fee of £30.  Unfortunately, your store credit refunds will be given less this charge and the initial shipping fee which is non-refundable. In cases where there is no communication from the customer, DHL / UPS will consider the package abandoned and will proceed to destroy the package. In these instances, you are not eligible for a store credit refund.
