RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

REFUNDS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)
We do not offer cash refunds.
Store credit is issued for full-price items returned in unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with original packaging and tags fully intact.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returned items must be:
- Free from stains, marks, or odours
- In their original condition and packaging
- Received back at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and returned to the customer at the address on file.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers are welcome to return eligible items for store credit and place a new order.

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or store credit are offered on discounted purchases.

MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS
Made-to-measure items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue store credit for garments produced according to the measurements provided by the client. Please ensure all measurements submitted are accurate.

SWIMWEAR AND INTIMATE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit are offered.

FAULTY ITEMS
Any issues relating to faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims made outside this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

RETURN COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Any applicable customs duties or fees must be paid by the customer when sending a return. We are unable to cover these charges.
