ORDERS AND STOCK 

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

As orders are processed promptly, cancellations or changes are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.
Please email customercare@rendoll.com within this timeframe. Requests made more than 1 hour after the order is placed cannot be accommodated.​

  • Can I customise my item?

Our pieces are sold as ready-to-wear and are produced to standard sizing. Alterations or customisations are only considered where a client’s measurements differ significantly from our size chart (a minimum of 2 inches). Length adjustments for petite or tall proportions may also be considered.

 

To request this service, please email customercare@rendoll.com with your accurate measurements for bust, waist, hip, and length. 

All customised or altered items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.​

  • My size is out of stock, will you restock?

Most styles are released in limited quantities and across select drops.
Please sign up for restock notifications on the product page and subscribe to our mailing list to receive priority updates on restocks and new launches.

We ship worldwide via DHL ​​​

  • ​How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days, separate from shipping times 

      Lagos delivery: 1 business day

      International delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on location

  • When will my Pre-order Ship?

Pre-orders ship 1–2 business days after the stated date on the product page.​

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery progress.

  • Are customs duties and taxes included in my order?

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their destination country. These charges are not collected at checkout. Full shipping and returns policy available here:

  • Can I receive a refund to my original payment method?

We offer store credit for full-price items returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

Refunds are not offered on:

  • Made-to-measure items

  • Customised or altered items

  • Sale items
