  • Do you ship to my country

We ship worldwide via DHL and UPS 

  • Can i cancel or change my order

As we operate quickly to process and ship your orders, orders can only be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of placing your order. Kindly send an email to customercare@rendoll.com if you wish to cancel your order. 

  • ​How long does delivery take

We process your order between 1 and 2 business days and it takes a further 3 - 15 days to receive your package depending on your location and choice of delivery. 

  • When will my Pre-order Ship 

All Pre-orders will ship 1-2 days after the stipulated date on the product page. 

  • Can i customise my item

In some situations, we can customise the fit of your item by tailoring it to your bust, waist, hip measurements or to petite / tall specifications. In these instances, kindly ensure you send us accurate measurements as these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

  • Can i cancel my order

All orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order. 

  • Do you offer refunds

We offer store credit refunds for all items bought at full price and returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and tags still attached. 

  • How do i track my order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details where you will be able to track your package. 

  • My size is out of stock, will you restock

Most of our styles are released in limited quantities and in few drops. Please subscribe to our mailing list to be the first one to know when we restock or  launch new collections so you don’t miss out.
